Midwifery School Establishment Construction Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction works for establishment of a school for midwifery at district healthcare facilities and selected tehsil healthcare institutions. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Contractors must possess valid PEC registration for 2025-26 in the relevant category and be registered on EPADS. Estimated project cost is Rs. 14,971,000 with earnest money of Rs. 748,550 equal to 5 percent of estimated cost. Bidders must upload item wise rates through BOQ and submit original CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order before the prescribed deadline. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of bid amount. Completion period is 12 months.
