Description
Prequalification and procurement of all types of medicines formulary medicines radiology contrast lab consumables medical grade refrigerators and civil and MEP works for security department for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Rawalpindi through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure according to PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on active taxpayers list may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted online through EPADS and original bid security amounting to 2% of estimated amount in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order shall be submitted physically before submission deadline. Hard copies of bids are not required and bid validity period shall remain 180 days. Detailed specifications estimated costs evaluation methods and procurement procedures are available in bidding documents. Procurement shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
