Local Purchase Of Medicines And Surgical Items Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medicines, surgical disposables and allied items under local purchase of medicines day to day for financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited from institutional pharmacy businesses, chain pharmacies and firms possessing valid drug sale licenses and registered with relevant authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Active taxpayer status and e-PADS registration are mandatory. Estimated amount is PKR 10,500,000 and bid security is PKR 525,000. Award shall be based on maximum discount offered on MRP or trade price for multinational medicines, national medicines and surgical items. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS and technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM.
