Framework Contract For Hospital Supply And Medical Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for FY 2026-27 for procurement of hospital supply and medical items including - Medicine and surgical disposable items - Pathology laboratory items - General store items - Stationery items - X-Ray films and chemicals - IT equipment - Medical gases - Printing items. Electronic bids are invited from suppliers manufacturers and firms registered with relevant authorities Income Tax Sales Tax and Professional Tax departments and registered on EPADS. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All bids must include scanned bid security amounting to 2% of estimated cost and original bid security in shape of CDR Pay Order along with required affidavits submitted before bid closing time. Bidding documents are available on PPRA and EPADS websites. In case of official holiday the next working day shall be treated as closing date. Pro Tip: Ensure submission of original bid security and affidavits before bid submission deadline to maintain responsiveness.
