Procurement Of Desktop Computers Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 50 units of desktop computers of reputed international brands under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure through EPADS. Bidders must be tax registered companies or firms and submit bids electronically through EPADS along with scanned bid security in shape of pay order or bank guarantee in favor of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority. Original bid security must also be submitted physically before submission deadline otherwise bids shall be rejected. Bid security amount of PKR 350,000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain 120 days. Technical bids shall be opened at 12:00 PM following submission deadline. Pro Tip: Technology suppliers should ensure branded desktop systems comply with required specifications and EPADS submission procedures.
