Framework Contract For Procurement Of Antibiotics Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of antibiotics for the financial year 2025-26. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers, authorized agents, distributors and general order suppliers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Procurement covers antibiotics and related pharmaceutical supplies under a single stage two envelope bidding procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals with brand and generic names. Bid security equal to 1% of estimated cost is required in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque and must accompany the technical proposal. E-bids shall be submitted through E-PADS and opened on 16.06.2026 at 10:30 AM. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Pre-bid meeting may be conducted if required and addenda will be uploaded on E-PADS.
