Third Party Validation Services For Electric Vehicle Scheme Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of third party validation services for validation of applicants who acquired electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers under the subsidized cash purchase scheme of the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification program. Services shall cover validation activities across Pakistan including Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan and serve as a prerequisite for reimbursement of government subsidies. Bidding shall be conducted under single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration on the prescribed PPRA format. Detailed terms of reference, specifications and evaluation criteria are available through E-PADS and bidding documents. Manual submission of bids is not permitted.
