Description
Provision of rental equipment and event support services including beam lights 400W - search lights 500W - bulb lari 100 bulb - generators 3500W - pedestal fans - copper wire 7/52 - three phase dynamo units - panel lights 400W - panel lights 2000W - panel lights 1000W - silver wire 7/52 - qaleen - dari - cupa 72x108 - qanaat - chairs - tents 72x54 - water coolers - glasses and tables. Procurement also includes purchase of sugar cane 50 kg packs - Jame Shirin bottles and ice blocks. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Contractors must be enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for 2025-26 and attach earnest money equal to 5 percent of the bid value. Total estimated cost for the procurement is PKR 5 million. Pro Tip: Submit complete bid documentation through EPADS and ensure earnest money requirements are fully met.
