Supply Of Medicines And Surgical Disposable Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase and supply of medicines and surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026-2027. Open competitive bidding shall be conducted through single stage one envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, pharmacies, chain pharmacies and distributors. Bids must be submitted through EPADS and accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, pay order, demand draft or bankers cheque. Original bid security must be submitted physically before bid closing time. Bids submitted in any other format or percentage shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened in the presence of participating bidders. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory and taxes shall be deducted according to government rules.
