Hospital Medicines Supplies And Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines and surgical items for SSP program, emergency medicines, zakat medicines, medical gases, surgical disposables, operation theatre items, laboratory and blood bank reagents and chemicals, canteen services, public call office and photocopy shop rental services, furniture and fixtures, electric and plumbing items, contingency and washing items, information technology equipment, X ray and CT scan films and stationery items for financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through EPAD under national competitive bidding using single stage one envelope and single stage two envelope procedures as applicable. Separate bids shall be submitted for each item or service. Bid security in the form of call deposit receipt shall be uploaded and submitted in favor of the Medical Superintendent. E-bids and hard copies containing CDR must be submitted before closing time. Approved rates shall remain effective until 30-06-2027.
