Description
Establishment of school facilities for midwifery at district and tehsil healthcare institutions through construction works. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules. Contractors, engineering companies, firms and joint ventures must possess valid PEC registration for the relevant category renewed for 2025-26 and be registered on EPADS. Earnest money equal to 5% of estimated cost amounting to Rs. 1,421,367 against estimated cost of Rs. 28,427,345 is required in the form of CDR and must be uploaded electronically with original submitted before bid opening. Bidders must quote rates against each BOQ item. Performance security of 10% of bid amount shall be required from the successful bidder. Completion period is 6 months.
