Office Machines And Document Equipment Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of office machines including light duty, medium duty and heavy duty paper shredders, plain paper copiers, laser or thermal fax machines and digital duplicators equivalent to RICOH DD-3344. Technical and financial proposals are required in separate envelopes for each item with prices quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes. Bids shall remain valid for the entire financial year 2026-27 and late submissions will not be accepted. Procurement authority reserves the right to accept or reject bids at any stage. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Submit separate technical and financial proposals for each equipment category and ensure delivery before the prescribed deadline.
