Community Infrastructure Rehabilitation Works Tender Notice
Description
Improvement of basic infrastructure including rehabilitation of janazgahs, community centres, street pavements, drains, culverts, side walls, sanitation facilities and allied public infrastructure works in multiple rural areas of Peshawar under Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative ADP No. 251268 (2025-26). Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible firms must possess PEC Category C-4 or above, valid C&W enlistment, active FBR and KPRA registration and required technical, financial and equipment capabilities. Bid security of PKR 2,040,000 and tender fee of PKR 30,000 are required for each bid. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 18-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals shall be evaluated before opening financial bids. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days.
