Outsourcing Of Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services for the financial year 2026-2027 on F.O.R. basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders shall be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, EOBI and PESSI and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price is required and the successful bidder shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee before signing the contract. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled.
