Provision Of Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of janitorial services for government offices under a framework contract initially for one year with an estimated cost of PKR 40.000 million. Procurement shall be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Separate technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. Bidders shall provide bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost, an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted or involved in litigation, bank certificate or financial statements demonstrating financial soundness, NTN, Income Tax, General Sales Tax, Professional Tax registration, company profile and acceptance of the tender terms and conditions. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract amount. Bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. This procurement supports professional cleaning, housekeeping, sanitation, hygiene maintenance, office cleaning and facility management services for government offices under a framework contract.
