Provision Of Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of janitorial services under a framework contract initially for one year. Registered companies, firms and contractors may participate by submitting technical and financial bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of the total estimated cost is required in the manner prescribed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Technical bids shall include affidavit regarding non-blacklisting, bank certificate or financial statements, proof of NTN and General Sales Tax registration, Professional Tax Certificate, company profile and signed acceptance of tender conditions. Performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount shall be required from the successful bidder. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
