School Canteen Operation Contract Tender Notice
Description
Bids are invited for the operation of the school canteen serving approximately 1,150 students from nursery to higher secondary level for the academic year 2026-2027. Interested individuals or parties may obtain the auction documents and detailed terms during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable document fee of PKR 500. Sealed bids shall be submitted on the prescribed auction form. A bid security of PKR 5,000 in the form of Call Deposit in the name of the Principal, Workers Welfare School (Girls), Muzaffargarh is mandatory. Bid submission shall follow the prescribed sealed bidding procedure. Bid opening and auction will be held at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Tender Purchase Committee after submission closes at 10:30 AM. The Purchase Committee reserves the right under PPRA rules to reject or cancel the auction without assigning any reason.
