Supply Of Students Summer And Winter Uniforms Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of summer and winter uniforms for approximately 209 boys and girls students including shirts trousers belts shoes socks vests ties jerseys qameez shalwar dupatta slips shawls and related uniform items. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities are eligible. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded electronically. Bid security of 5% amounting to Rs.175,000 in the form of CDR Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Samples shall be provided on bid opening day and supplied items shall undergo laboratory testing. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required from the successful bidder. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM.
