Procurement of Note Books, Registers and Paper Reams under Lot 1 with estimated price Rs.17,334,975 and 1% bid security of Rs.173,350, and Stationery Items under Lot 2 with estimated price Rs.3,354,543 and 1% bid security of Rs.33,545, under a framework contract for financial year 2026-27. Experienced and financially sound businesses and enterprises registered with Sales Tax where required and Income Tax Departments may participate. Bidding shall use Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, with technical and financial bids submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bid documents are available through PPRA, Punjab e-procurement and PDS&CEA websites. The last date for submission is 28 August 2026 at 10:00 AM, and technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal is compulsory.
