Procurement of winter and summer uniform items for special students, boys and girls, of Government Institute for Slow Learners Vehari for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 1,350,000. Bids are invited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System from firms registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions and specifications are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System after publication of the tender notice. Rates must be quoted as a single consolidated figure inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA Punjab. Bid security equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 40,500, must be deposited through banking app via 1Link/online bank transfer against the generated PSID, with proof of payment attached to the tender documents; manually submitted CDRs and performance guarantees are not acceptable. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount through 1Link/online bank transfer against the generated PSID. E-bids must be submitted by 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of the Headmistress, Government Institute for Slow Learners Vehari.
