The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Nankana Sahib invites e-bids from reputed firms companies manufacturers authorized distributors dealers and service providers registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for procurement during financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The procurement comprises three lots - stationery office consumables and miscellaneous items with estimated budget of Rs.10 million and 2 percent bid security of Rs.200,000 - event arrangement services with estimated budget of Rs.15 million and 2 percent bid security of Rs.300,000 - procurement installation and commissioning of CCTV surveillance system and walk-through gates with estimated budget of Rs.10 million and 2 percent bid security of Rs.200,000. Bidders may participate in one or more lots and each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. Tender documents are available free of cost through the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab website, and manual bids will not be accepted. Complete e-bids must be submitted online by 20 August 2026 at 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM on the same day at the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner F&P Nankana Sahib. Original bid security must be submitted before conclusion of the bid opening session. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
