Description

Procurement of patient ration and medicines for government employees from Koh Fund against the allocated hospital budget for financial year 2026-27. The approximate cost for patient ration is Rs. 2,000,000 with a call deposit of Rs. 60,000, while medicines for government employees from Koh Fund have an approximate cost of Rs. 360,000 with a call deposit of Rs. 10,800. The procurement will follow the single envelope procedure under AJK PPRA Rules 2017 Rule 36(a), with the technical and financial proposal submitted in one envelope. Bidders must submit the prescribed refundable call deposit for the relevant procurement. Bidding documents containing detailed information and specifications may be obtained during office hours up to 31st August 2026 at 10:00 AM against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500. Tenders must be submitted on 31st August 2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Blacklisted firms are prohibited from participation and each participating firm must submit an affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming that it is not blacklisted by the Government of Pakistan or Azad Kashmir. Applicable taxes will be deducted according to prevailing rules. After approval by the competent authority, the award of contract will be uploaded on the AJK PPRA website. The successful supplier must continue supplying the approved items until 30th June 2027. The competent authority reserves the right to reject the tender before acceptance under Rule 33 of AJK PPRA Rules.
