Hiring Of Janitorial Security And Technical Staff Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of janitorial services, security services and technical staff for Tower-C at Old P&D Building Site, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore and Circuit House, Rawalpindi. E-bids are invited on lot basis from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and joint ventures where applicable, engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Contracts shall be awarded separately for each lot and bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security is required for each lot in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Section Officer Welfare-I, S&GAD. The bid security amounts are Rs.1,500,000 for janitorial services, Rs.1,500,000 for security services and Rs.2,000,000 for technical staff services. E-bids are submitted online through the e-Procurement System and the opening time is 1:00 PM.
