Description
Provision of Uniform Items for Special Students for Winter and Summer Seasons for financial year 2026-27. Lot 01 comprises Winter Uniform Kit with estimated cost of Rs.800,000 and bid security of Rs.16,000, while Lot 02 comprises Summer Uniform Kit with estimated cost of Rs.1,200,000 and bid security of Rs.24,000, making total estimated procurement cost Rs.2,000,000 and total bid security Rs.40,000. Bids are invited from firms registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. All bid documents must be submitted through e-Procurement and the original hard-copy CDR bid security must also be submitted in favour of the Headmistress before the e-bid submission closing time, failing which the bid shall be rejected. E-bids must be submitted by 19 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on the same date. The successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount and execute a contract agreement before issuance of supply order. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes, and taxes shall be deducted according to government rules. E-bid validity is six months from publication of the bid evaluation report.
