Engagement Of International Consultant For Technical Loss Assessment Tender Notice
Description
Engagement of independent third party international consultant or consortium firm for evaluation and assessment of transmission and distribution technical losses ensuring system efficiency and performance analysis. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive bidding using EPADS with electronic bid submission only and manual bids not accepted. Bid security in prescribed form including deposit at call bank draft pay order or bank guarantee must be submitted before deadline with copy attached in electronic bid. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will take place shortly after submission deadline.
