Framework contract for local purchase of Drugs Medicines Surgical and Disposable Items including Medicines for Social Welfare Bait ul Mal Department and Sehat Sahulat Program SSP at DHQ Hospital Bhakkar including Mother and Child City Block during FY 2026-27 comprising Framework contract for Local Purchase 15 percent Day to Day plus 10 percent Emergency and Natural Calamities of Drugs Medicines Surgical and Disposable Items - Framework contract for Local Purchase of Drugs Medicines Surgical and Disposable Items for Social Welfare Bait ul Mal and Ushr Zakat Department - Framework contract for Local Purchase of Drugs Medicines Surgical and Disposable Items for Sehat Sahulat Program SSP - Separate bids are required for Multinational Manufacturer medicines National Manufacturer medicines and Surgical Disposables on basis of maximum discount from retail price - Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated costs PKR 80 Million PKR 04 Million and PKR 50 Million respectively must be submitted in shape of original CDR Pay Order Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee before 15-05-2026 11:00 AM - Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS by 15-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on same day at 12:00 Noon - Taxes shall be deducted as per Government rules.
