Auction Of Hospital Parking Areas Tender Notice
Description
Public auction for parking areas inside Bahawal Victoria Hospital and Sir Muhammad Sadiq Abbasi Hospital Bahawalpur for one year through e-Auction Portal. Parking areas include A&E Department parking stand, OPD front side parking, medical ward and neuro surgery ward parking, ortho ward gate side parking, surgical gallery and ortho back side parking, kidney center and blood bank parking and main parking stand. Successful bidder shall manage parking of motorcycles, cars, rickshaws, pickups, trucks and Mazda vehicles while ensuring systematic traffic flow and vehicle safety. Registration, grievance submission and auction activities shall be conducted electronically through e-auction portal without hard copy submission. Earnest money equal to 10% of reserve price in shape of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker Cheque is mandatory. Auction shall be governed under Auction Policy 2025 notified by SHC&ME Department.
