Cycle Parking Stand And Canteen Operations Tender Notice
Description
Auction for operation of cycle parking stand and tuck shop/canteen services for fiscal year 2026-27. The contract includes management of cycle parking facilities and provision of canteen and tuck shop services. Tender documents may be obtained up to 11:00 AM on the auction date against a non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000. The contract shall remain valid until 30-06-2027 and may be extended for an additional three months. Bidders must possess NTN and CNIC and provide documentary evidence with the auction documents. Participants are required to submit a CDR in favor of the Medical Superintendent along with an attested CNIC copy and an affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper verified by an Oath Commissioner. Auction shall be conducted in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All contractors shall comply with government rules and taxation requirements. Blacklisted or defaulting bidders are not eligible to participate. The contractor shall ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the cycle parking stand and provide quality products through the canteen and tuck shop. If the auction is unsuccessful on the first scheduled date, it shall be re-auctioned on the subsequent announced date.
