Parking And Canteen Services Contract Tender Notice
Description
Auction for operation of parking services and canteen services for fiscal year 2026-27 under Auction Rules 2016 (as amended). The contract includes management and operation of parking facilities and hospital canteen services. Interested bidders may obtain auction documents upon payment of Rs.1,000. Security deposit is Rs.20,000 for parking services and Rs.10,000 for canteen services. Bidders must submit CDR, attested CNIC copy, business registration documents and a notarized affidavit declaring that they have not been blacklisted and are not involved in litigation against any government institution. Successful bidders shall operate the services themselves and may not sublet or outsource operations. Contract period shall continue until 30 June 2027 subject to government outsourcing policies and institutional requirements. Successful bidders must deposit the full annual rent and execute the agreement within seven working days of award. Cleanliness, waste disposal, staff police verification, medical certificates, compliance with hospital regulations and timely payment obligations are mandatory. Delays and violations may result in penalties and forfeiture of security deposits.
