Framework Contract For Medicines And Surgical Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for local purchase of medicines surgical items and disposable items including supplies for CM Dialysis Program for financial year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date. Procurement is open to well reputed companies firms authorized distributors and experienced suppliers having NTN GST registration and valid CDSL Drug Sale License Form-9 Category-A where applicable. Separate bids shall be submitted for multinational medicines national medicines and disposable surgical items on basis of maximum discount from retail price. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals submitted online through EPADS only. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost in form of bank draft or CDR is mandatory. Procuring agency reserves right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and disqualify suppliers for false or inaccurate information under PPRA Rule 19.
