Procurement Of Medicines Surgical And Hospital Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines, surgical disposable items, pathology and laboratory items, general store items, dental material, surgical instruments, stationery items, printing material, X-Ray films, chemicals, biomedical gases, RO plant maintenance services, printer maintenance services, electric IT items and medicine transport services for DHQ Hospital Lodhran under framework contract for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible suppliers, manufacturers and firms registered with tax authorities and EPADS having professional tax certificate may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through Punjab eprocure portal before 02-06-2026 at 09:00 AM and opened on same day at 11:00 AM. Original bid security amounting to 2% of estimated cost of each lot in shape of CDR or pay order must be submitted before closing time. Procurement shall be on DDP basis with warranty requirements according to technical specifications. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Bidders should clearly mention warranty and technical specifications for each quoted item because incomplete documentation may result in disqualification.
