Construction Of School For Midwifery At Hospitals Tender Notice
Description
Construction and establishment works for School for Midwifery at DHDC and selected THQ hospitals in District Bahawalnagar including civil works and associated building infrastructure development. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category or above are eligible to participate through Punjab E-Procurement System under open E-Tendering procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 and PPRA Regulations 2024. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost amounting to PKR 890,700 in shape of CDR from scheduled bank is mandatory. Contractors shall quote item rates online against each BOQ item before 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in presence of contractors and Tender Opening Committee. Original CDR along with valid PEC license copy must be submitted before opening time. Performance guarantee shall be furnished as per PPRA Rule 56. Bids containing fake documents incorrect totals corrupt unreadable or virus infected records shall be rejected and firms may be blacklisted. Completion period for the project is 12 months. Estimated cost of the work is PKR 17.814 million.
