Muharram And Chehlum Food Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement of food items and meals for Muharram-ul-Haram and Chehlum 2026 under Counter Terrorism Department Punjab through e-Procurement System EPADS. Eligible firms companies sole proprietors and service providers registered with relevant tax authorities and professional tax certification may participate. Estimated procurement amount is Rs.11,592,840 with bid security amounting to Rs.347,785 equal to 3 percent of estimated cost. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit scanned and original bid security instruments and provide item-wise rates for complete package. Performance guarantee amounting to 10 percent of total contract value shall be mandatory for successful bidder.
