Supply Of Faq Wheat For Prison Consumption Tender Notice
Description
Supply of FAQ quality wheat free from dust and harmful impurities for prison consumption during fiscal year 2025-26 with an estimated quantity of 50,000 kilograms and estimated cost of Rs.5,000,000. Bidders must be registered on PPRA EPADS and may include registered firms, companies, wholesalers and suppliers. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS. Technical and financial bid documents, specifications, earnest money in the form of original CDR and required samples must be submitted before the closing time. Incomplete documents shall be disqualified at technical evaluation stage. Wheat supplied must conform to Punjab food quality standards and applicable regulations. Laboratory testing expenses shall be borne by the successful bidder and supplies will be accepted after satisfactory inspection and laboratory reports. Supply shall be made as per prison requirements and failure to perform may result in forfeiture of bid security. Performance Guarantee equal to 20 percent of contract value in the form of CDR is mandatory upon award. All prices shall include applicable taxes, transportation, loading, unloading and related expenses.
