Supply Of Faq Wheat For Prison Consumption Tender Notice
Description
Supply of 50000 kilograms FAQ wheat free from dust and external contaminants for financial year 2026-2027. E-tenders are invited through EPADS from registered bidders, contractors, suppliers, wholesalers, firms and companies. Procurement includes supply of FAQ wheat in plastic bags with prescribed specifications and branding requirements. Estimated procurement value is PKR 4675000 and bid security is PKR 97500. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Original call deposit receipt in favor of the procuring authority and complete sealed supporting documents including specifications and required certificates must be submitted before the closing time. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 01-07-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM. Supply shall be subject to inspection, laboratory testing, quality verification and acceptance by the inspection committee. Ineligible bidders debarred under PPRA rules may not participate. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee in accordance with PPRA Rule 56. Rates shall include all applicable taxes, transportation, delivery, stamp duty and laboratory testing expenses. Quantity may vary according to actual requirements.
