Auction Of Canteen And Parking Services Tender Notice
Description
Auction of canteen, tuck shop, cafeteria and parking services for the financial year 2026-27. Scope includes operation of canteen and parking services under contract arrangements. Earnest money of Rs. 350,000/- is required for each service through call deposit receipt. Interested bidders must obtain bidding documents upon payment of prescribed fee and submit auction documents before the deadline. Participants must provide original CNIC, tender receipt and CDR and must be active taxpayers holding NTN or STRN. Successful bidder shall deposit one-fourth of the accepted bid amount along with applicable taxes on award and pay the remaining amount through monthly installments. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject offers in accordance with applicable rules. Pro Tip: Ensure tax registration, valid CDR and complete auction documentation before participation.
