Framework contract for procurement of pharmaceutical proficiency testing samples for Drugs Testing Laboratory Rawalpindi on a delivered-duty-paid basis according to the specifications in the standard bidding document. Eligible suppliers, firms, companies, and distributors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal must demonstrate appropriate technical, financial, and managerial capabilities and comply with the stated registration requirements.
