Stationery Refreshment Printing Items Tender Notice

Description

Supply of stationery, refreshment, printing items and other miscellaneous items for teachers training at various training venues throughout Gilgit-Baltistan during financial year 2026-27 ending 30th June 2027. Sealed bids are invited from well reputed registered government contractors, general order suppliers and firms having sufficient relevant experience in supplying the same materials. The bidding documents may be obtained from the Teachers and Staff Development Center Diamer Colony Jutial Gilgit during office hours from Monday to Friday. The bid requires a 5% bid security in the form of call deposit issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Director Teachers and Staff Development Center GB under PPRA Rules 2004, otherwise the bid may be technically rejected. The bidder must have at least two years relevant experience and submit bank statement for the last one year, evidence of two-year relevant experience in supply of training materials, refreshment or meals, firm registration certificate, CNIC of owner and firm letterhead containing address, vendor number and telephone, duly attested. Prices must be quoted separately for each item and partial or conditional offers will be rejected. Bid prices must not be unrealistically higher or lower than the prevailing general market rate by more than 5%; otherwise the lowest bidder may be rejected and the next lowest compliant bidder considered. The successful contractor must provide training materials and refreshments at training venues in any district, tehsil or cluster of Gilgit-Baltistan. Single stage one envelope bidding procedure will be adopted under PPRA Rules 2004 section 39(a). The successful bidder must execute a separate agreement on registered stamp paper with the Director TSDC GB and must supply items not included in the bidding list at prevailing market rates. Suppliers failing to meet the criteria will be treated as non-responsive. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under applicable GB PPRA instructions and guidelines. The submission closing date is 27th August 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same date.
